Low resistivity of copper core cable has good ductility, high strength, good resistance to fatigue, good stability, low load flow of copper core cable, low voltage, low heating temperature, low energy consumption, convenient construction and so on.
 
Copper core cable advantages:
 
1. low resistivity: aluminum cable resistivity is higher 1.68 times than copper cable.
 
 
2. the ductility is good: the ductility of the copper alloy is 20~40%, and the electrician copper is more than 30%, while the aluminum alloy is only 18%.
 
 
3. high strength: under normal temperature, the allowable stress, copper is higher 7~28% than aluminum alloy. Especially at high temperature, the difference between two is very far.
 
 
4. anti fatigue: Aluminum repeatedly bending is easy to fracture, copper is not easy. In terms of elastic index, copper is also about 1.7~1.8 times higher than aluminum.

10. oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance: copper core cable connection head performance is stable, not due to oxidation and accident.
